Welcome to CoinPoint Rewards. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoinPoint Rewards mobile application (the "App") operated by CoinPoint Rewards ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinPoint Rewards, or you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. APP OVERVIEW

CoinPoint Rewards is a rewards application that allows users to earn virtual coins by completing in-app activities, including but not limited to:

- Daily check-in

- Daily spin

- Watching rewarded advertisements

- Inviting friends through the referral program

Coins earned in the App may be converted and withdrawn as real rewards, subject to verification, minimum withdrawal limits, account review, and these Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To use most features of the App, you must sign in using a valid Google account or other supported login method.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

Only one account is allowed per user and per device. Creating multiple accounts, using different devices to bypass limits, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. EARNING COINS

Coins are virtual rewards earned within the App. Coin values, reward rates, and offer availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Coins may be earned through:

4.1 Daily Check-In

Users may claim daily check-in rewards according to the App's daily cycle. Missed days may affect streak progress depending on current App rules.

4.2 Daily Spin

Users may receive a limited number of free spins per day. Additional spins may be available by watching advertisements, subject to daily limits shown in the App.

4.3 Advertisements

Users may earn coins by watching rewarded ads. Ad availability depends on region, device, network, and third-party ad providers. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available.

4.4 Referrals

Users may invite friends using a unique referral code. Referral rewards are granted only when all of the following conditions are met:

- The referred person must be a new user

- The referred person must join using your referral code

- The referred person must complete 2 days of daily check-in

Self-referrals, fake referrals, and referral abuse are not allowed and may result in reward cancellation or account suspension.

4.5 General Earning Rules

- Coins are credited only after successful verification

- Reward amounts may vary and can be updated remotely through App configuration

- We may cancel, reverse, or withhold coins obtained through fraud, abuse, technical errors, or policy violations

- Coins have no cash value until successfully withdrawn according to App rules

5. COIN CONVERSION AND WITHDRAWALS

Coins may be converted into real rewards and withdrawn using supported payment methods such as UPI, PhonePe, or Paytm, as shown in the App.

Current default rules include:

- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹20, unless updated in the App

- Coin conversion rate: 100 coins = ₹1, unless updated in the App

- Withdrawals are subject to review and may take 24 to 48 hours or longer depending on payment method, account status, and security checks

When submitting a withdrawal request, you must provide accurate payment details, including a valid UPI ID or phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in rejection or delay.

We reserve the right to review, delay, reject, cancel, or reverse any withdrawal request if we suspect:

- Fraud or abuse

- Multiple accounts

- VPN, emulator, or automated activity

- Policy violations

- Incorrect payment information

- Unusual or suspicious account behavior

Withdrawal approval is not guaranteed. All withdrawal decisions are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

- Create more than one account

- Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, or automated tools

- Manipulate rewards, referrals, check-ins, spins, or ads

- Provide false, misleading, or duplicate payment details

- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its systems

- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

- Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage

- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

- Violate any applicable law or regulation

We may investigate suspicious activity and take action including reward cancellation, withdrawal rejection, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without prior notice.

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

If your account is suspended or terminated:

- You may lose access to your coins, rewards, and pending withdrawals

- We are not obligated to restore lost rewards or approve pending payouts linked to violations

- You may contact support if you believe action was taken in error

You may stop using the App at any time by logging out.

8. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account from Profile → Delete Account within the App.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, coins, reward history, payout details, pending withdrawals, and associated App data, subject to limited retention required by law or for fraud prevention.

Once deleted, account recovery may not be possible.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, and Google Sign-In to provide authentication, analytics, notifications, cloud storage, and advertisements.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services or advertisers.

Advertisements displayed in the App are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of advertised products or services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to CoinPoint Rewards and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

11. APP CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including reward amounts, features, withdrawal methods, and eligibility rules.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, network issues, device compatibility, or third-party outages.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

- Rewards will always be available

- Withdrawals will always be approved

- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

- Coin balances or offers will remain unchanged

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinPoint Rewards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We shall not be liable for loss of coins, rewards, data, profits, or opportunities resulting from App downtime, policy enforcement, third-party service failures, or user error.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount successfully paid to you through approved withdrawals in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹100, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinPoint Rewards, its owners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
